Sewing Sundays: Bowl Cozy/Dryer Ball

We will be using a bowl cozy to keep your hands from being burnt when taking hot bowls of food out of your microwave. We will also make a dryer ball, so you can make more at home once you have learned how! Wool supplied by the makerspace.


Each class will require a sewing machine, fabric, notions and tools. Minimal experience using a sewing machine required. If you do not own a sewing machine you may use one at the makerspace. Please let us know.

Supplies Needed: 

1 pair of nylons or knee highs
1/2 yard of pre-washed cotton fabric
1/3 yard 100% cotton batting

This class will take place in person and all participants will be required to wear a mask and social distance throughout the session.
