This class is intended for future users of the Concord Makerspace's CNC router and does include homework as well as a required test. If your interest in the CNC is cursory only, we suggest you attend one of the demos we will be conducting later in the year.

THIS CLASS FORMAT HAS CHANGED since we last ran it in April. Please read the entire description below:

Wednesday 8/28/24 VIRTUAL. A Zoom link will be provided by the instructor together with helpful information and access to the appropriate Slack channel. Both sections will attend this lecture, which introduces you to the software platform, VCarve.

Wednesday 9/4/24 IN PERSON AT THE Makerspace for BOTH SECTIONS together. Usage of the machine and the process will be demonstrated

Monday 9/9/24 IN PERSON AND ONLINE, OPTIONAL. This session is for students who would like extra help with their design.

FINAL FRIDAY 9/13/24, FOR THIS SECTION. If Wednesday 9/18/24 would work better please sign up for that section instead (see separate entry on website)
