This virtual class will be an introduction to 3D Modeling and CAD, with a focus on creating models for 3D Printing. This 3-part class will start by navigating the interface of Fusion360 and basic geometric shapes. It will then move into 2D Projected designs and finish with 3D printed brackets and hangers.

The instructor for this class is Chris Spooner. Chris is a High School Technology Teacher with 15 years of 3D modeling and CAD education experience. He has been using and teaching 3D printing for 6 years.


Participants should download Fusion 360 on their computers prior to the class. Fusion 360 has free 1-year subscriptions for hobbyists and educators here: https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/free-trial
